As a customer of ours you can expect to receive;
|Welcome Email||This email is sent to all new customers. It highlights our services and log in details for our website.
|Journey Acknowledgment||This is your confirmation email, and you will receive one for each journey.|
|Receipt||This is sent at approximately midnight on the day that you submit the payment for your journey.|
|Journey Details and Pick-Up Instructions||This is the email you have to pay close attention to. It contains your driver’s contact details & pick-up instructions.
It focuses on every information you need when you travel with us. This will be dispatched once a driver is assigned to your journey.
|Remarks for QTaxi’s Services||From time to time we may contact you via email to request additional information about a journey such as your experiences and any suggestions or comments you have to make about us.|
The pick-up instructions will be specified in the “Journey Details” email that you will receive.
The “Meet & Greet” service is when the driver parks his car and enters the airport terminal holding a placard/sign with your name/pseudonym on it.
This service is not included on our journeys as standard but can be added for an additional £5, to cover parking charges.
The driver will put exactly what you enter in the “Head Passenger Name” field onto the name board. You can either enter your real name or your pseudonym into the field, that is completely up to you. Be very specific so that you know when the driver holds the placard that he is waiting for you.
