Quick Taxi’s prices are computed by the system, keeping the following values in mind:
The distance for the journey, time taken along the journey and the number of passengers traveling.
If the vehicle you have chosen is not available at the time of journey, Quick Taxi will provide you with another vehicle which meets your requirements.
On Journeys in which you have to pick up passengers from an airport, Quick Taxi does not charge for the first 45 minutes of waiting time from the time of the plane’s landing.
Waiting time charges will apply as soon as the first 45 minutes have passed from when the plane landed and it will be charged, whatever the reason, at £16/hr pro rata.
In case of any other journeys, waiting time will begin from the stated pick up time and will be charged at £16/hr pro rata.
Any Tolls along the journey are not a part of the instant online quotations. You will have to give this money to the driver when he/she asks for it or you can also use your card for such payments.
Any changes you wish to make must be sent to us via an email or by telephone. You will then receive an amendment confirmation email. Your driver will not register any amendments.

In order to cancel a booking, Quick Taxi requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. There will be a £7 or 10% administration/transaction charge for each journey. We process cancellation request through email only and acknowledge the request by sending a confirmation.

Refunds will not be made:
– If the passenger does not arrive for pre-paid journeys.
– For cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours’ time given to us.
